I received a comped. HP Platinum Status using this very simple process.

1. Applied for a HP Flight Fund account at
www.flightfund.com. Received an 11 digit
Flight Fund account number.

2. I then faxed HP Flight Fund at
1-480-693-8023 in care of Ms. Nancy
Richard. Enclosed in the fax was a
copy of my CO Platinum Elite Card,
a photo ID. and my new HP Flight Fund
account number.

3. Also faxed was a short note on why I was
requesting comp. status to HP Platinum
Elite.

I faxed this info to HP Flight Fund at 1900hrs Friday Oct.11. Checking my new HP
Flight Fund Account over the internet on Sat.
Oct.12th at noon, my account showed I was a Platinum member but no mileage in my account.

I later learned that HP will comp. any airlines elite members silver/silver gold/gold platinum/platinum for a six month trial. Then your account will be reviewed by HP after approx. six months.

I hope I receive a FC upgrade on a HP flight
I have next week PHX to MSP.
