I say Vulcan gets a nod for his great understanding of the CO/NW relationship, and how it affects us for upgrade strategies, etc.

ResAgent, your quick and accurate responses show what CO is capable of (when it tries really, really hard). It's a pleasure having you here. Honorable mention.
