You mean not all of them succeeded in getting out of the cabin before the passengers? (It is reported that they were a complete waste of space, and such organisation as there was with the evacuation was provided by a few gwailo passengers. This is a classic example of why I don't buy the "we're here primarily for your safety" stuff - frankly I am never going to rely on a 20-something recruited primarily for her looks and service focus for my safety.)

There were one or two honourable exceptions to my comment above, but not many out of a cabin crew of 17. Half the passengers died, but only 4 of the cabin crew.
