So lemme get this straight:

1. A pax buys a BE ticket on an Intl. flight and DL puts them upfront
2. A pax buys a Y ticket on an Intl. flight and DL puts them in back

It appears to me that each pax got the product that they paid for. If DL has extra seats and distributes them to NRs, Santa Claus or Alfred E. Newman, but still provides each pax what they paid for, why is there a problem?
