This is another problem with the new, "enhanced" DL.com. If DL wants to push more online users into using DL.com rather than calling DL by phone to make reservations, then they need to "level" the playing field and show the same award availability online as they do by phone (as it appears from posts here that award availability by calling DL is better than it is online).
