So, my girlfriend and I are going to be staying at a hotel in D.C. for four nights.

For one of those nights, an associate will be coming into town to visit us, and he plans to stay at the hotel.

I'd like to pay for his room (and any room charges). At most hotels, can I simply ask the hotel in advance to bill his room to ours?
