Try a few trips via EWR, concourse C, which is one of the worst checkpoints in the nation, IMHO. How you are treated can be hit or miss - I have pleasant experiences with that checkpoint, but I have also encountered some of the worst. Hit the checkpoint at the wrong time and your children may add some new four letter words to their vocabulary.

Some airports and checkpoints are better than others. As an example, I have nothing but praise for ORD, PDX, or TPA in my experience. Other airports, such as EWR, leave a lot to be desired.
