The upgrade lists and the standby lists show at different times on Delta's GIDS. The standby list will show all standby's, both revenue and nonrevenue, and will show the list in priority. The upgrade list normally only lists elites and passengers who have signed up for an upgrade if available and are willing to pay for it.
