Gordon is a Liar is not a real person but rather the collective consciousness of all CO OnePass Plat/Gold/Silver members.

Its posts to FT mysteriously manifest themselves from time to time depending on the subject matter.
The tone/content of GIAL's posts depend on how strongly OnePass members are gritting their teeth (in anger) at any single point in time.
