Is it worth doing this for a larger plane?

Your biggest problem is that BHM and AVP only have a few flights a day on Delta. That makes connections much longer and DL.com doesn't look like it gives connections > 4 hrs.

You could do 1 of 2 things: (just kidding of course)

1. Move to a city that has more DL/NW flights.
2. Get clients that are in cities that have more DL/NW flights.
UMMM...BGM (Binghamton, NY) not BHM (Birmingham, Al). For DL we route ONLY through CVG and for NW it is Detroit ONLY. You thought BHM had only a few flights, take a look at BGM's schedule we make BHM look metropolitan. Our terminal is basically one room and you TA not only directs the flight in but also loads your baggage!!!! We have four airlines (none of which are mainlines) and you basically can get to 4 cities total from here, and there are usually 3 flights a day to each of them (one of which usually manages to be cancelled). See for yourself... http://www.binghamtonairport.com/avi...viationAFI.php

On your suggestions, on #1 I agree, weekly it hits me I need to live somewhere with a 'real' airport for all the travel I do on #2 my biggest client is in Minneapolis, how many more NW flights can you get than there *smile*
