That said, I was brought up in Yorkshire. I like it nippy. As to ideal temprature, if I could sleep in a fridge, I would.
I am of the same ilk, which causes problems when looking for a "mate" - for some strange reason quite a few of the girls I have been involved with in the past have objected to the window being wide open in the middle of winter. I suffered particularly with my last, her Reynauds syndrome did nothing to help as she required blistering hot rooms to even contemplate drifting off in
perhaps this is what an upbringing in the wilds of Donegal [read - wild west of Ireland] will do to you. And as for sleeping on a plane, I usually ensure I am adequately tired, otherwise the heat just usually keeps me awake
