What temperature in the cabin?

Being fairly new to the board I hope nobody objects to me starting a thread.

This has been brought on by last nights weather forecast, which stated that it would be around 16oC in the south and therefore uncomfortable for sleeping.

On a recent SIN - LHR trip CW, after Dinner I nodded off but awoke about an hour later drenched in sweat and gasping for some cold water. When I asked what the cabin temperature was I was told 24oC! I replied that I would consider that beach temperature not sleeping conditions so they dropped the temp by a couple of degrees, but then I noticed some of the other PAX donning jumpers. Being in the industry I know by experience that you can't please all of the people all of the time and I was wondering what temperature most people find comfortable for sleeping.
