I haven't flown Skyteam since May for this very reason. Next week I take my first AF trip in a long time and I hope that they have things under control. you certainly have a valid point, however we are talking about a program that is absolutely terrible organised and handled at the moment and one has a good argument that this was always the problem with FD in the years past.
Imo, AF has to find out who is responsible for the mess that is FB right now ( not talking fewer miles and staff, simply the handling of the whole thing ) and should act accordingly asap, they are losing customers every minute...
