I don't know about the fewer miles issue, but you have to understand that a major merger between two corporate giants is inevitably going to lead to months of problems. I haven't flown Skyteam since May for this very reason. Next week I take my first AF trip in a long time and I hope that they have things under control. But I won't be surprised or disgusted if they don't. That's just the way it is. Give it time.
