I have been locked out of my account for the last 2 weeks - for no apparent reason. My accounts have yet to merge and the whole points creditation is a joke - FBlue should be sued for misleading advertising of their 'generosity'.
I tried to call FBlue today to find out why I can't get into my account.
The friendly lady-voice happily told me that my account was not recognised and I therefore cannot access any services on the telephone. good bye.
That is the final straw for this Gold Elite member.
After years of excellent service from Flying Dutchman - this Fpoo member is flying away.
