Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market are great fun, as is the USS Constitution and walking the Freedom Trail. The Boston Common is nice as is a stroll up and down Newbury Street "window-shopping."
For real excitement, go see a game at Fenway, and scream "long live the Yankees" or "eh, too hawt dawgs heer"

The Fenway Franks are a must.
I don't know if the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library is accessible but that might be an option.
Sunday brunch at the Four Seasons Hotel or Ritz-Carlton might be an option as well.
