I'm looking at a trip out of YYC to IAD with the following routing and I'm wondering if it is doable as far as timing and customs etc with a family in tow as well (Mrs. Singlepoint and 2 little Singlepoints)...
I've chosen YOW outbound to avoid the YYZ shuffle; the routing back was more based on when we would get back as well as reward availability.
OUTBOUND
AC 168 YYC-YOW ETD 0800 ETA 1347
AC 334 YOW-IAD ETD 1435 ETA 1614
INBOUND
AC 347 IAD-YUL ETD 0825 ETA 1007
AC 409 YUL-YYZ ETD 1100 ETA 1217
AC 121 YYZ-YYC ETD 1400 ETA 1610
Any advice/suggestions would be much appreciated,

I did a crazy routing one time early this year from DCA-YUL-YOW-YYZ to build up my segments and didn't have a very good connection through YUL.
Maybe some of our YUL folks can share if there is still construction going on, but when I was there in Feb(?) there was a lot of it. I found it a fairly long walk to the customs and a very confusing, very long walk to connect to a domestic flight. They actually checked me in for my connection in some small hallway underground! Not advisable at the best of times, let alone with little ones in tow.
