yep, that's the fast service...
i spent some holidays in singapore last year (november), in 3 different lufthansa partner hotels like hilton, sheraton... i always present the M&M card by check-in, but never get the miles credited! wait untill march (!) nothing happens and i sent all bills to verl. after another 10 weeks and the "please-wait-letter" i finally get the miles.
i really dont understand why this kind of transaction takes ages
but sending you a letter which said they dont have time now is really cheeky!
you should call M&M and ask further questions
