Maybe the answer varies, depending on which oneworld airline is codesharing.

I just found award buckets on Expertflyer.com for QF 322 from SYD to SCL on June 1, 2006, which is operated by LA. But I still have not seen any evidence that AA offers award buckets on AA codeshare flight numbers for flights operated by other airlines.
