Better deal than Nutrigrain bars
I dont know if this one has been posted but Kelloggs twists come with 100 mile AA coupons also.

I saw them at my local Walmart for $1.27. If you do all the math (donation and then miles for using your Citi-AA/Skymiles card) the cost comes down to $0.86/100 miles which is less than cent a mile.

Obviously this does not beat the miles for $0 deal
