They are in no danger of losing their 'protected pension', but we are. And that is just what they want with the new legislation in Congress, more time to fund and then cancel the program. The company is also banking on the group not striking, but everyone I have talked to has no problem walking out. I expect a lot of surface bargaining on the part of the company just to stonewall the mediator into declaring an impasse. Anyway, didn't mean to hijack the thread, and I am glad to see these new orders, but I wish that the company would start showing some of that 'dignity and respect' that they are always throwing out!!!
