Our flight last month left IAH with 4 empty seats in BF, plus the one pilot rest seat. I was surprised! It was the second flight (20 seat config) on 15 Aug on a very rainy day, where I expected there to be people from the earlier flight bumped. There was something like a 3 hour ground stop that morning. Our return on the 24th was full.
