how long does it usually take for hotel miles to be credited?

Sent about 6 hotel bills to Verl more than 3 months ago! Still not credited.
Got a standard letter about 6 weeks ago though: "I'm sorry we don't have time to handle your request now".
Now then, when do they have time?

Also, I usually have to sent the bills to Verl. I always present the card at the hotel when settling the bill, but somehow the electronic data transfer rarely happens.

All this is really annoying, do you have the same problems, or is it just me?

With the M&L "enhancements", hotel miles seem to have gained importance.
After all, 4 not so cheap SAS tix balance 1 rather cheapo hotel stay.
