No, these flights ended within the last 3-5 years I believe.
Of course, with the boom around IAD and the traffic, they might make more sense now than they used to!
<I also remember DCA-IAD flights, waaay back. Don't remember if they were scheduled or diversions though--I think there might have been one airline that couldn't get people to drive to IAD and got around the perimeter rule by hopping from DCA>
