It might be a bit tougher to sleep in sin in SIN (vs. BKK, for example) but you could probably find a bit of it somewhere, especially after midnight. Head down to the Boat Quay and you should be able to find somebody to sleep (and possibly even sin) with.

Kidding aside, aren't there some designated "quiet areas" in T1 that are specifically designed for sleepers? You know, those loungy-type chairs and low lights? I am practically positive there are. As a last resort couldn't you just find an empty gate area and hide under some seats? Maybe you could borrow a pillow/blanket from the aircraft.
