Any of the below; to name a few...
- Fix priority luggage claim so that it actually works consistently
- Replace most of the Domestic Check In staff at WLG and AKL
- Burn the Union (or just their collective contracts a.k.a. Extortion Licences)
- Remove the emphasis on those stupid ExpressCheckTM machines for passengers with luggage to check - there counterproductive. More efficency could be achieved by equipping each check in counter with an AirpointsTM card reader
- Send me my Koru ClubTM review on time
- Put a Regional Koru ClubTM lounge in the renovated terminal at ROT and a Domestic Koru Club at HLZ and neither at BHE (to remove that angle mad_atta
