That's what happened to me too. Was your flight a "domestic India" flight on Jet Airways as well?

NW/KL accounts do credit with miles, but keep your boarding pass AND TICKET for requesting missing miles in the appropriate programs. c. 60% of my Jet Airways flights don't credit automatically.
