Hmmm, I was on a United flight on 7/19 from ORD-DEN and we had the mechanics on board for about 20min to fix the bathrooms too. No notice about how many were/weren't working, but got the sense that the whole system was out. But it was fixed and off we went--I even made my connection to YVR...
