I stayed at Best Western a couple of weeks ago and started a Gold Crown membership and saw that I could do a points->miles transfer to several airlines in my profile. Including SAS. Even though SAS is not mentioned on the website as a "partner". According to my account statement I transferred 250 miles, and I got 900pts (giving me my transfer ratio 3.6 pts/miles).

I have emailed customer service asking if I can transfer points already on the account (since I can transfer AMEX pts to Gold Crown Club). But I have no answer yet. I am in the process of testing my transfer route now, I guess it will take some time before I know if it works.
