gotta be very careful that "mr. tsa" did not violate a "little thing called the law". while it does appear that this was a "plain sight" issue (meaing no warrant) and confiscation was justified, there are rights involved such as you simply just can't grab the item (short of it being a weapon)-you need to state the reason, cite the law and first request that the item be turned over. if in fact, "mr. tsa" grabbed the item out of her hand, you have an assault issue and if you have a witness, mr. tsa is toast.
Maybe an assault case that would be tried in federal court - federal question jurisdiction, perhaps? We have seen how quickly juries in federal court find perps guilty.
