I have had no experience of OLCI with carriers other than BA. I feel quite left out that I have not once encountered a problem - although I travel a helluva lot less than many people on this forum.

With not wanting to turn things into some kind of *****fest against AA or anybody, how reliable is BA's OLCI compared to the likes of VS, BD, AA et al?
