You'll be happy with Les Halles on Park South. Les Halles on John Street has VERY uneven service to say the least and that has been true since the place was called Le Marais (same owners). Frankly the service at the John Street Bar two doors down is better.

I've been disappointed there so many times over the years by the service that I'll never go again. The front of the house is managed much differently than at Les Halles Park South.

BTW, Tony B is not the owner, he's the executive chef. The owner's name escapes me, but it's a Spanish last name - he's a GREAT restauranteur.
