2. Some are arguing that it is better to get 'em younger before the candidate has learned too many bad things that need correcting. Just like LH and BA do.

3. It is a bit of an experiment to see if someone right off the assembly line makes a better employee because they are thrilled to have the job, rather than the type that have a feeling on entitlement (personally I don't think this one will prove out).

4. They have also dropped the need to have a university degree because what good it is it in the pilot job anyway.
And what's wrong in any event with pushing out a few overpaid pilots to get the avergae salary down....good business practice. I think the ones who left might be sick of the union and its dirty politics......little birdies talk
