My first flight after 9/11 was on 9/20 going from JFK - DFW for the AA FlyerTalk Metroplex DO.

The inbound aircraft from DFW was delayed by 2-3 hours because an infant had the same name as someone on the no-fly list. It took them a few hours to get clearance for the infant to travel. It wasn't even a toddler - the baby was less than a year old. I could imagine a really dedicated, evil toddler being a threat to the plane, but infants can't even crawl.
