Well whether I'm trying to be cute or not (I prefer to be cute) is not at issue here. The letter begins with the following main heading:

The new enhancements include new privacy features including a corporate pin number which is to protect my account from any unauthorized usage. The fact that the points of 11 employees were erased with this new privacy enhancement is quite ironic and says a lot about the lengths they will go to secure privacy. The second enhancement is an expanded member profile section. Expanded to what, it does not say. Expanded to delete my people?
If all of the above I have written is being cute, then I must be outright adorable.
