Sixt Platinum instantly !
Well... I recently sent a message to the Sixt Service in germany because I became United PE 1K and asked them to change my Sixt Card from Gold to Platinum, too. They requested a copy of my new United membership card or a scanned copy by email. Anyway it's no problem for me but here you see, sometimes they take care of giving this status.
