I kill myself laughing sometimes when I get on the phone with these people. My wife thanks god everyday that I peruse FT. I was on one particular call about changing flights in a pass and explaining the upgrade to J prior to moving the flights. Painful!!!!

I love the fact that I don't have to use a TA. ^
