Has SAS EB become a Best Western Gold Crown Club partner? Couldn't find any info on their homepage that this is the case. If that is the case, the above calculation looks good...

The only US program that I knew of that transfers into SAS EB is Diners Club, for which the value would probably be quite poor seeing the many steps you would have to go through from AMEX to Diners and then having to take it over to SAS.
According to the WebFlyer tool, there is a very poor value indeed:
