Thanks guys for the info. I guess I'll try one with the TA in charge and see how it goes.
My question about the ATL flights being eligible from YOW and YUL but not YYZ is that the flights to ATL all connect through YYZ so the eligible traffic all travels on the same aircraft. Like others, I can justify a pass based on NYC airports alone, but ATL is on my beat these days, thus the question.
