Nightmare!!!!
This SAA thing is turning into a nightmare... my parents are / were booked on the flight FRA-CPT tomorrow evening to get home - SAA has now cancelled this flight and booked them on the next available flight on the 3rd of August
Neither SAA, LH SEN desk or my travel agent were able to find any flights to CPT from Europe (!!!) to CPT in the next few days.

SAA's office in FRA is horribly useless at the moment - no that I blame them. What is interesting is that the German SAA website is far more up to date with Info than the English one....

Does anyone here have an idea what sort of compensation I could arrange / expect for a weeks delay? They will be out of pocket for a weeks further stay in FRA due to the strike.
