I must have just been lucky...with one exception, all of my flights this year have been very close to on time, I've been upgraded or at least had a good seat in coach & everyone I've dealt with at AS has been great. I've travelled a lot in state & use the AS network across the country with no problems.

Every airline has its' moments, but I've missed the worst & have seen (recently) the return of the best.

OK, I'm the lucky exception, so let the bashing begin. I'll be there to stand up for the employees & AS in general. ^
