CCS-DFW today, computers down!
My husband and one of our employees flew from CCS to DFW. They'd upgrade on the way down and on the way back, decided to upgrade again. They ticket agent said they couldn't do the upgrade but there was plenty of room and to call the PLT line. My husband calls, they say he's upgraded. He goes back to the ticket counter and they say the computers are down and they can do nothing for him!
Does that even make any sense! Now I'm worried he'll get the miles deducted from his account. I told them to keep their boarding passes. Does anyone know if that's enough of an indicator that they didn't get the upgrade so shouldn't be charged for the miles?
