compensation from SAA for affected flights ??
I had to book a very expensive ticket on Nationwide on Friday when SAA couldn't operate my JNB-DBN flight (I'd just flown from Europe and really didn't feel like spending the day in JNB airport).
What kind of compensation is it realistic to ask for from SAA - I would expect they owe me at least a one-way domestic flight - as I have paid for one they could not operate!
