I booked a OW115C award several months ago, but had to take a downgrade on a TBS-LHR segment as no availability (BA blacks out certain days). BA's site is now showing availability for my dates in Biz, but AA cannot see this. I'm currently in Yerevan and will be traveling outside the city for the next few days with little internet/phone access before arriving in Tbilisi. What are my options? Is there any way AA can call BA to request the upgrades or can I visit the BA office here, or am I SOL if AA can't see the availability?
