in the last instance, our crew (and I ) were connecting from a 4 hour delayed flight LGA-CLE. They held up the connection for the crew by about an hour. I'm sure they were glad to get the heck out of there ASAP.

the crew DEFINITELY was not being lazy at all, the service in the air was top notch
