Sitting outside the CO lounge at LAX where there is free internet

Here are the answers to the questions I asked. Thought I'd post this here as this forum will be most interested in the answers. See CC for all the comp. entries.
1) I have to change an award ticket for future travel. Will I achieve this at the SYD ticket counter prior to checkin for my flight (Y/N)
I achieved the reticketing in SYD (the ticketing agent knew me ), however, I checked in while the ticket was being changed. I arrived at the airport 90mins prior to the flight. So the official answer in NO

2) Will I be offered a place in the SYD First Class lounge?
Annie invited me to use the FC lounge , so YES

3) Will i be allowed to store my bag in the closet at the back of the upper deck?
YES - I placed it in there myself I also hung my jacket in there myself.

4) Will I still have my assigned seat?
YES

5) How often will an FA address me by name during the flight
TWICE- once when asking for my meal choice, and again when returning my jacket.

6) Will the nuts be a) unavailable, b)cold, c) warm-hot?
C Warm/Hot

7) Will refill nuts be offered?
YES - and only the cashews and walnuts
8) Will the hot towel be hot or cold?
YES - Hot towels were hot both before dinner and before breakfast. The breakfast one was VERY hot.
9) Will menus be handed out?
YES
10) Will I have to ask for more water during the flight
NO although I did sleep for about 8hrs

11) What will be the recorded arrival time in LAX for this flight.
Actual arrival was 11:07 (8mins early)
