1. Yes, as *Gold you have access to the Scandinavian Lounge.

2. I'd say the note on the homepage is quite accurate about this one.
Breakfast in the Scandinavian Lounge consists of some meat (usually ham) and cheese. Nothing really exciting, but fair enough for a breakfast!
The espresso machine is the usual SAS one which I think is a great one! Great cappucino!

3. I'd say that you should be fine with your AC *Gold card... They've been there for a while now, and are improving all the time.
