Correct - as my table shows there are (or at least will be) 3 different US Diners Cards - the Credit Card with 1pt:$2 earning and no fee, the Charge Card with 1:1 and $95 and the DC Carte Blanche Charge Card with 1:1 and $300 fee.

I think a lot of people are missing the fact that the credit card only gives half as many points as the charge card so the no annual fee may not be a good thing for mileage earning.
