YYZ T1 is equipped with numerous casino-style "eye in the sky" CCTV cameras in the passenger-accessible areas. I think I heard there are upwards of a thousand of them in the terminal as a whole. I know there are few places one can travel while airside at YYZ and not potentially be under the gaze of one or several cameras.
