Yes, AQ does offer e-tickets for their passengers. They also have e-ticket agreements with other major airlines(UA, CO, DL, NW, HA,etc). I once was told that interisland travel that was included with a international ticket from Canada is issued on paper tickets, I do not know if this is correct though.
